We are currently looking for our first admin to help right the ship. Keep the service how it was and how I intended it to be.
I prefer to pay based on performance so we can come up with a metric based pay system to get from your base pay of $28hr to $35hr+

Requirements
1. Past admin/operation experience. Ideally at a
trade or home service company
2. Can learn what I want out of admin/operations then
take control and improve the systems
3. You will get very little training so being able to fill in the blanks is an absolute must
